Use of service
MyEunoe is an AI-assisted personal diary platform. By using it, you agree to do so in good faith and for its stated purpose: personal reflection. Using the service for illegal, harmful, or disruptive purposes is not permitted.
Your account
Your access is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
Payments and cancellations
Paid plans are managed through an external billing provider acting as Merchant of Record. Charges are monthly and applied based on the confirmed status at billing time. You can cancel anytime; access to your paid plan continues until the end of the current billing period. MyEunoe does not store credit card data.
Your content
The content you write in your diary is yours. MyEunoe claims no rights over your entries, conversations, or generated memories. The platform software, design, and trademarks are the property of MyEunoe.
Limitation of liability
MyEunoe is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for data loss caused by factors outside our control. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in the three months prior to the incident.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
